It's Nettle Time...

I love nettles , but I wouldn't like to cuddle them.. Trips to the woods will reveal large clumps of nettles at the moment so I thought I would drop a couple of links as to how to pick them safely , ouch , their benefits and what to do with them ... they are free .. grab your basket and go get some x
