Catching up . . .

The thing about resolutions is that few tend to keep them , so this year , I didn't make any , only brief ideas of things I would like to explore , I am already working on the life book course I signed up to , and enjoying it so much , art and therapy together , goddess work , and acrylics ..bliss . Our little family will be off this weekend to Exmoor, exploring the cold rugged landscape , clearing our heads letting the wind take our thoughts then back to the fire .. The promise of Spring and a new garden project will be commenced , I'm pouring over catalogues , the boys have requested purple carrots .. Of course . Health plans are also on the go , being more aware of the cycle of my body , working with it , not against it , gently accepting the gradual change from young to older , celebrating each new grey hair instead of cursing it ..it will be a great year x
